Lost and Hidden Spaces

At Make Your Mark Gallery i will present some of my newest Roadsign-works together with some paintings and Artsauna-screenprints. I work with the Themes of the signs digitally with drawingpad, some of the works have a photoimage in the background, photos of real places that i discovered in the periphery of the City. One of the places that I named ”The crypt”, a hidden away place that we entered from the waterside. Inside the hidden chambers we discovered over 20 year old Graffitipieces, some of them made by two friends that passed away years ago. Inside the chambers a special feeling with spiderwebs, lights reflecting in the water, sounds from trains, boats and cars passing by on the outside. The drawings on the photos printed on the roadsigns are playing with the feeling of entering the Crypt.
Some of the paintings presented are like sketeches or drawings of the change or transformation of energy in to human use, but also the works that are succesfull have gotten ”loaded” with the feeling of energyflow.
